How to Purchase a Piece

At the current time, our web shop function allows you to view our merchandise, read the description, and see the price (in Euros) and dimensions (metric).  You cannot purchase any of our pieces automatically until further notice.

If you are interested in a piece, an offered savings on multiple pieces (see descriptions), or a custom piece, the easiest way to reach us is via the contact button at the top of every page. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or telephone (find this information on the HOME or CONTACT page), although we ask callers to be considerate of the time zone before placing your call.

Once you have established your interest, you will be contacted within 3 business days with an offer. At this point you are not obligated to buy.

The offer will include the price of the piece (in Euros) in addition to packaging/shipping costs and insurance.

Please note that you may opt out of insurance, although this means we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, and you may not return or exchange the product.

Items will be sent via PostNL (the Dutch National Mail Service), although if the buyer would prefer to use a different service, those options can be discussed.

 

Existing Pieces:

Should you wish to purchase an existing piece, payment must be made in full before the item is shipped. After payment is received, the item will ship within 3 business days. The purchaser will receive a Track and Trace number in order to follow the shipment's progress.

 

Custom Pieces:

Should the client and the artist come to an agreement on a custom piece, a payment of 50% of the total is required in advance. Once payment is received work on the piece will commence. When the artwork is finished and the customer is happy with the end result, the balance needs to be sent. After payment is received, the item will ship within 3 business days. The purchaser will receive a Track and Trace number in order to follow the shipment's progress.

 

Payment Options: Payment can currently be made via PayPal, Google Wallet, Western Union or Tikkie. Once your purchase is confirmed we will send you all relevant information. Residents in Holland may elect to pay cash in person if that option is viable.
